Upgrading your streaming device? Keep the experience, skip the rebuilding

Published October 22, 2026

A new streaming box should improve your evening—not become your next technical project.

Better hardware is only the beginning

A quicker device can make navigation more comfortable. It does not arrive with your chosen accounts, organized channels, mapped guides or relevant playback settings configured for your household.

Let us handle the transition

StreamSolved can assess your existing arrangement, recommend suitable equipment and scope the work needed on the replacement. You buy the device; when it arrives, we arrange remote configuration with your assistance for access approvals and any steps requiring a physical remote.

What we verify

• The exact model and regional suitability.
• The agreed apps and customer accounts.
• The supported-provider channel organization and guide coverage.
• Playback, picture, audio and subtitles on the new device.
• How you will search, browse and get help afterward.

Your prepared experience is part of Setup

Our tailored TiviMate configuration represents the organization and guide-mapping work supplied through Setup. A standard provider playlist or mobile trial is a different experience. If a friend wants the same prepared experience, we can arrange their own Setup package.

Plan a replacement or upgrade with us

Check with us before purchasing unfamiliar hardware. We will explain the appropriate configuration work, price and available appointment. A device upgrade, provider migration and ordinary covered Support issue can require different scopes; repeat device setup is not automatically free.
